Loren Ellis
My journey into Yoga began in 2006. My search for more indepth explanations on what it means to live life fully lead me to attend a 10 day Yoga immersion with Swami Avdhoot Shivanand which was based around Bhakti, Raja, Jnana,Kriya and Karma Yoga. There after i included Asana practise and decided to focus on Hatha style as a solid foundation. Logically i completed my 200hr YTT at Ananda Sanga Yoga institute.

 

 After qualifying i further investigated various styles of Yoga Asana through retreats and immersion workshops on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin and Power Yoga with each style broadening my knowledge. My insatiable love and interest in maintaining a healthy body and more importantly a healthy state of mind, lead my studies further into Meditation practise, Naturopathy and  finally I have qualified as  MYYO bodywork technique therapist, which i offer as a separate therapy

Private Yoga classes are designed specifically for my clients needs whether remedial or fitness related and I am happy to travel. Group classes are  based in Hatha but with integration of other styles, designed to enhance body/mind awareness through balanced, strong and flexible Asana practise with additional integration of Meridians, Acupressure points and stress release techniques. Classes are aimed at maintaining optimal condition throughout the various systems of the body so that longevity and comprehensive wellness is maintained allowing one to  live life to the fullest!

Anene Muller
Style: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow Anene Muller is a Hatha-trained yoga instructor living and teaching in Gordons Bay, Cape Town. Anene started practising yoga in 2008. She completely fell in love with yoga after taking her first class Anene’s growing love for yoga ultimately lead her to do her Yoga Teacher Training through Aura Wellness, and she began teaching soon after. Her classes are a combination of dynamic flows to build strength throughout the body and will leave you feeling energized, a bit lighter, more appreciative of your body, and more aware of the present.

Michelle Norris
Michelle Norris is a Nia instructor with a passion to share the experience of feeling “Joy” and take you on an adventure in your own body and mind. Her classes are fun, energetic yet relaxing and rejuvenating. The Nia technique is workout for body and mind incorporating Dance arts(Jazz, Duncan, Modern), Martial arts(Tae Kwan do, Tai chi, Aikido) and Healing Arts (Yoga, Feldenkrais,  Alexander technique). It’s adaptable for all ages, fitness levels, men and women. She has been sharing and teaching for the past 18 years Alongside Nia technique, Pilates, Personal Training she also has her own clothing line “Yourmove” to provide quality and comfort while you move. The main goal is to teach and educate people to create a healthy lifestyle that suits their needs and find the balance in this busy world. When she’s not teaching or dancing you will find her trail running or practicing her handstands and head stands! “Be the best version of You!” Your Body – Your Move”
